For her first solo exhibition at Twenty Two Mokoia, Kate Burton-Brown has curated a selection of photographs from her online fine art Print Shop. Alsofeatured are four new prints – Beach Day, Silver Lining, Flow and Nested.

Combining her passions for wellness, interior design and nature, she has selected prints and framing that complement the bathing-inspired design and restorative atmosphere of the wellness centre.

Kate works as a freelance photographer and runs an online Print Shop as part of her personal creative practice.

Based in Birkenhead, her freelance work focuses on capturing interiors, design, people and the natural environment. Kate’s Print Shop features a collection of photographic prints inspired by her appreciation of nature and the grounding effect it can bring to an interior.

The process for her fine art prints often begins intuitively, with a place, light or detail that sparks curiosity and draws her in. She looks to capture the

elements and feeling of the moment with her camera, fine-tuning the image through editing and test printing. The selected images are then translated to a print, with the option of custom framing to suit individual spaces.

Through her photography, Kate offers a window into the beauty and inherent wisdom of nature and its rhythms. Her prints invite viewers to pause and connect with what resonates.
